If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Platform. We may update this Privacy Policy based upon evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above. If you disagree with changes, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Data Controller

For purposes of applicable data protection legislation, EasyA Labs is the data controller responsible for your personal data. "Personal data" means information that can be associated with a specific person and can identify that person. Personal data does not include information that has been aggregated or anonymized so that a specific person can no longer be identified.

3. Information We Collect

The types of personal data we may collect from you or through third parties depends on your interactions with us and may include:

Financial Information

Your wallet addresses and related blockchain identifiers.

Transaction Information

Wallet addresses of senders and recipients of digital assets, activities on the Platform, your inquiries, and our responses.

Usage Data

We may automatically collect:

  • IP address and country of origin
  • Device information (browser type and version, operating system)
  • Login information and timezone settings
  • Browser plug-in types and versions
  • Pages visited, time spent on platform, and navigation patterns
  • Referral source and search terms
  • Location information

User-Provided Data

When creating tokens, you may provide names, descriptions, images, and links. This information is stored on decentralized storage (IPFS) and may be publicly accessible.

Third-Party Sources

We may also collect personal data about you from third parties and publicly available sources.

Note: Unless specified otherwise, all personal data requested is mandatory. Failure to provide this data may make it impossible for you to access or use the Platform. Where the Platform specifically states that some data is optional, you are free not to provide it without consequences.

We use cookies (small text files stored on your device) and similar technologies to provide functionality and help collect data.

Types of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly Necessary: Essential for the Platform to work properly, including authentication and authorization cookies.

  • Blockchain networks: Transaction data is inherently public on the blockchain.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. We determine retention periods based on:

  • The potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure
  • The purposes for which we process the data
  • Whether we can achieve those purposes through other means

Personal data collected for contract performance will be retained until the contract has been fully performed. Data collected for legitimate interests will be retained as long as needed to fulfill those purposes. We may retain data longer where required by law or where you have given consent.

Once the retention period expires, personal data will be deleted or anonymized where possible. After deletion, rights such as access, erasure, rectification, and portability cannot be enforced. However, blockchain data cannot be deleted (see Section 9).

9. Blockchain Transactions

Your use of digital assets may be recorded on a public blockchain. Public blockchains are distributed ledgers intended to immutably record transactions across wide networks of computer systems.

Important: Many blockchains are open to forensic analysis which can lead to re-identification of transacting individuals and revelation of personal data, especially when blockchain data is combined with other data.

As blockchains are decentralized or third-party networks not controlled or operated by us, we are not able to erase, modify, or alter personal data on such networks. This is an inherent characteristic of blockchain technology.

10. Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of your data. Processing is carried out using computers and IT-enabled tools, following organizational procedures related to the purposes indicated. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Your wallet's security is your responsibility. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials or devices. We ask you not to share any of your personal security information.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including if you are a resident of the EEA or UK), you may have the following rights:

  • Right of Access: Obtain confirmation of the personal data we process and request access to it.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to Restriction: Restrict certain processing of your personal data.
  • Right to Portability: Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object: Object to the processing of your personal data, including the right to object to automated decision-making and profiling.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

If you request access to your personal data, we will ordinarily provide full access. Depending on the nature of the request, we may charge a reasonable fee. If we refuse a request, we will provide reasons where required by law.

Important: Blockchain data cannot be erased, modified, or altered due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.

12. Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights listed above, please contact us through our official channels and provide: (i) enough information to identify you, and (ii) a description of what right you want to exercise and the information to which your request relates. Any personal data we collect from you to verify your identity will be used solely for verification purposes.

13. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Any such transfer shall take place under applicable law and will be protected through international data transfer agreements where necessary. By using the Platform, you understand that your personal data may be processed outside of the EEA and the UK.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Platform may contain links to external websites, mobile applications, and online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We may contact you using information you provide or that is publicly available (such as via social media). We may record communications (including calls, messages, and video calls) for quality assurance, compliance, training, and support purposes.

16. Children's Privacy

Our Platform is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information, they should contact us. We will delete such information as soon as reasonably practicable.
